Pappardelle Bolognese

Yesterday it was 60 degrees Fahrenheit in NY and when a breeze hit you, if felt just cold enough to want to snuggle into comfy clothes at night and eat some warm pasta. I had bought Mario Batali’s cookbook, The Babbo Cookbook, over the summer.
