Orange Blossom Honey & Lavender Ricotta Ice Cream with Raspberry Sauce and Shortbread This is the second time that I have made this. Its a unique way of making ice-cream. Strawberry Walnut Salad with Fried Goat Cheese

This is a salad that I have been working on all summer. At the start of the summer I had a really light and wonderful dandelion greens salad at Hundred Acres in NYC.
